 August 2009 - Congratulations to John McNeill and his trial team of Evan Jones, Elizabeth Deener, Lakesha and Freida Werkmeister on a defense victory in Fayette Circuit Court in defense of superintendant,Stu Silberman, and the Fayette County Schools in a discrimination case brought by a former school principal. This highly publicized trial was hard fought and lasted over a week. John and his team did a tremendous job for our clients. Well done!
